Everneat’s sustainable cleaning products include a viral oven scrub.
May 1, 2026

Husband-and-wife team Claudia and Angelo Zimmermann vacuumed, scrubbed, wiped, disinfected and tidied more than 1,000 homes before deciding that they would scale their ecofriendly cleaning service into a product line.
While looking around at a day’s work—a neat, orderly living space punctuated with reflective countertops and floors—a lightbulb went off. Why pigeonhole their talents to just making people’s homes neat, when they could also manufacture cleaning products to help in the process?
The Zimmermanns established Everneat, a line of “professional-grade” cleaning formulations, in 2021.
Claudia is chief operating officer, applying her passion for order and precision from her time working as an architect in Peru. Angelo is CEO.
The duo focused on Angelo’s asthma when developing products, with the goal to make them efficacious and safe for human health. The result: a line of enzyme- and probiotic-based concentrated cleaners that the Zimmermanns say is safe for surface, skin and long-term use in real environments.
The brand’s tagline is: “Purifying care made consciously.”
Everneat’s hero product, its enzymatic oven scrub, is Leaping Bunny certified and quickly dissolves hardened residue. It is made with plant-based ingredients, pumice powder and essential oils to deep-clean porcelain, enamel-steel ovens. The formula does not contain chlorine, sulfates, SLS or synthetic fragrance, according to the company.
The scrub has a paste-like texture that requires more arm work than some other products, but the Zimmermanns contend it’s “better to burn calories scrubbing than use a cleaner hazardous to human health that’s easier to clean.”
The product has garnered praise from Epicurious as the “Best All-Natural Oven Cleaner.”
Everclear’s other products—which received collectively over 2,500 five-star reviews across over 27,000 customers on Amazon—include a surface cleaner that breaks down common organic soils on hard surfaces; an ultra-concentrated dish soap formulated with enzymes, vitamin E and essential oils that is reportedly up to 35% more effective on stubborn stains with less scrubbing; laundry soap concentrate; hand and body soap; and a room and car spray that can also be used to freshen linens.
The Zimmermans opted for an elevated vibe with Everneat. Packaging is designed to complement stylish interior décor and Everneat’s fragrances include uplifting scents like Purify, described as a spa-fresh herbal; Lift, a bright citrus; Bloom, a lavender; and fragrance free.
